Harp and electronics
LOOP is a composition for harp and real time electronics that i wrote in 2006.
The premier was performed by the great harpist Pascale Delabrosse and won the Prix SACEM 2006.
Since then, Loop has been played several times in different contest with different musicians.
The piece is divided in sections and each section is a different way to see the concept of ‘loop’ in music such as: the construction of a loop by redondant elements or to be stuck in a loop, or the declination of a loop as a model… and so on…
